Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Silver Sydney Cab Online, we provide clear terms to ensure transparency for every booking. This policy is designed in line with the NSW Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Regulation 2017.

  1. Free Cancellation Window
    You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge. Cancellations can be made via phone on 1300 931 622 or through our online booking contact page.
  2. Late Cancellation Charges
    If you cancel less than 2 hours before pickup, a late cancellation fee may apply. If the driver has already been dispatched or arrived at your location, the minimum fare may be charged.
  3. No-Show Policy
    If the passenger is not present at the pickup location and no notice is given, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the full fare or agreed fixed fare may be charged.
  4. Flight Delays & Airport Bookings
    We monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers when flight details are provided. Genuine flight delays will not be treated as late cancellations. Please notify us of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
  5. Refunds
    Any eligible refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Payments made via Cabcharge or cash will be refunded through appropriate alternative arrangements.
  6. Special Events & Peak Times
    During peak travel periods (e.g. New Year’s Eve, public holidays, major events), stricter cancellation rules may apply. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
  7. Contact for Cancellations

All cancellations and refunds are managed in line with NSW Point to Point Transport Commission guidelines. Silver Sydney Cab Online reserves the right to update this policy as required by law or operational needs.
